The Difference is in the Details
There are lots (and lots and lots) of companies renting out vacation homes in Sicily --and you've probably visited some of their sites already. Before doing business with somebody it's best to know who they are. Simply Sicily is the first international agency specialising in Sicilian rentals, rather than Italian or European villas generally. We have a full-time international (English-speaking) staff based in Sicily, not roving agents who visit our island only occasionally and then delegate local tasks to amateurs. The villas described here are represented exclusively by us. We don't want to boast, but we're one of very few rental agencies that guarantees exclusivity of all the properties represented. You won't find these villas or houses anywhere else. (That means no "price wars" between us and any other agency promoting the same property.)

A Fair(er) Deal
Compared to the competition, which takes commissions ranging from 50% and upwards, we pay the villa owners a higher percentage of the rental fees, keeping a smaller commission for ourselves, and that makes for a fairer relationship. Owners prefer working with us, and that means they enjoy opening their homes to you, too. When you rent through us, you can expect more personalized attention "on site." Things like an English-speaking representative who meets you in Sicily, and can also arrange your car rental before you arrive. It's superior customer care that separates us from "the other guys."
